Elvira Quintillá

Elvira Quintillá (19 September 1928 – 27 December 2013) was a celebrated Spanish actress whose professional journey in the performing arts stretched across more than sixty years.

Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Quintillá first stepped onto the stage in 1941, launching a career that would see her become a beloved figure in Spanish theatre and cinema. In 1947, she married fellow actor José María Rodero, with whom she shared both her personal and professional life until his passing in May 1991.

Quintillá's extensive body of work earned her recognition as one of Spain's most versatile performers.
