Charles Spencer

Charles Edward Maurice Spencer, the 9th Earl Spencer and a Deputy Lieutenant, is a distinguished British nobleman, writer, reporter, and media figure. Born into aristocracy, he carried the courtesy title Viscount Althorp from 1975 until 1992. He is widely recognized as the younger sibling of Diana, Princess of Wales, and serves as the maternal uncle to Prince William and Prince Harry.
