Known by her nickname Winnie, Sipatrada Phiuthong is an actress of mixed Thai and American heritage. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree at Stamford International University, where she studies in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of English for International Communication. She completed her secondary education through the GED examination at Phuket Academy Language School.

Sipatrada launched her entertainment career by entering the Miss Teen Thailand 2017 pageant, which took place on January 24, 2018. She captured the crown, earning additional honors including the media photographer's favorite award and the Miss B' Me title, which recognizes a contestant's beauty and admirable character. Her victory came with a cash prize exceeding 350,000 baht.

Following her pageant success, she signed an acting contract with Channel 7 HD, marking the beginning of her professional career in television drama. Her transition from beauty queen to contracted actress reflects her growing presence in Thailand's entertainment landscape.
