Julia Novohradsky, born in 2001 in St. Pölten, Austria, has rapidly emerged as a versatile talent in both theatre and film. She honed her vocal skills at the Wilhelmsburg Music School before graduating from the Lilienfeld Federal and Federal Real Gymnasium, then pursued a degree in Inclusive Education and English Studies at the University of Vienna. In 2021, she captured public attention as a semi-finalist on the fifth season of ORF’s casting show *Starmania*.

The following year, Novohradsky began her formal acting training at the prestigious Max Reinhardt Seminar. Her stage breakthrough came in 2025, when she took on the demanding roles of Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, and a Witch in Shakespeare’s *Macbeth* at the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, directed by Þorleifur Örn Arnarsson. That same year, she made her screen debut in the feature film *Mädchen Mädchen*, a remake of the 2001 original. Her portrayal of Vicky earned her a nomination for the New German Cinema Award at the 2025 Munich Film Festival.

In addition to her film work, Novohradsky also appeared in the third season of the ORF series *Biester* in 2025. With a solid foundation in music, education, and classical theatre, she continues to build a career marked by range and ambition.
