Erika Lane Kirk, born Erika Frantzve on November 20, 1988, is an American entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and podcast host. She currently serves as chairwoman and CEO of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the conservative advocacy organization co-founded by her late husband, Charlie Kirk. Following his tragic assassination in September 2025, she assumed leadership of the group he helmed for years.

Before her executive role, Kirk gained national attention in the pageant world, winning Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and competing at Miss USA that same year. Beyond her political work, she founded Everyday Heroes Like You, a nonprofit dedicated to amplifying lesser-known charitable causes, and launched BIBLEin365, a faith-centered program encouraging daily Scripture reading. She also brings her perspective to listeners as host of the Midweek Rise Up podcast.

Kirk’s path blends civic engagement, media presence, and philanthropy, positioning her as a prominent voice in conservative circles. Her leadership at TPUSA continues her husband’s legacy while expanding her own footprint in public life.
