Katrina Sherwood

Katrina Sherwood’s creative journey began at fourteen, when she enrolled in college and immersed herself in music. By sixteen, she had completed every music course her school offered, prompting her to branch into theatre, dance, and the broader arts. She performed in a wide range of productions, from classical dramas to modern musicals, including work with Children’s Theatre Repertory. Behind the scenes, she directed a children’s theatre day camp and took on roles as a camera operator, director, and floor director for several CMAP-funded public access television projects. In August 2010, Katrina returned to film work, reigniting her passion for the medium. Her career reflects a lifelong dedication to the performing and visual arts, marked by versatility across stage, screen, and education.
