Christine Fernandes Alves, born on March 1, 1968, is an American-born Brazilian actress, television host, and former model whose career spans multiple continents and decades.

Her journey into the spotlight began in 1984 when, at just sixteen, a fashion agency scout approached her for a test, launching her modeling career that year. By 1985, she had relocated to the United States, where she balanced runway work with completing her high school education and enrolling in journalism studies—though she never finished her degree.
