Born on August 26, 1926, in Epivates, Thrace, Kaiti Lambropoulou grew up in Constantinople after her family relocated for her father’s business. The second of three children, she discovered her passion for acting early, secretly taking theatre lessons during her school years. Her professional debut came in 1942–1943 with Karolos Koun’s Art Theatre, performing in Henrik Ibsen’s *The Wild Duck*. This marked the start of a fruitful collaboration, with roles in plays such as *Swanevit*, *That’s Right, If You Think So*, *The Cherry Orchard*, *Stella Violanti*, and *Fanny’s First Play*.
Lambropoulou later joined the National Theatre under Dimitris Rondiris, appearing in productions like *Cyrano de Bergerac*, *The Merry Wives of Windsor*, and *The Imaginary Patient*. She followed Rondiris to the Greek Stage and continued working with various troupes across numerous performances. Her film debut came in 1951 with *My Child Must Live*, and she later graced television, including the *Monday Theatre* series. Known for her versatility, Lambropoulou left an indelible mark on Greek theatre and cinema until her passing on January 31, 2011.
