Doppelgänger (2012)

Silvia, a young elementary school teacher, has her routine shattered when her students spot her exact double across the street. Dismissing it as a trick of the light, she tries to move on, but the unsettling sight refuses to fade. This eerie encounter slowly seeps into her everyday existence, warping her behavior and sense of self until she can no longer tell where reality ends and her reflection begins.
