Miracle (2011)

In a quiet village, siblings Eun-Chul and Eun-Ha rely only on each other. When stubborn Eun-Ha fixates on seeing a whale, she pesters her brother endlessly until he makes a careless promise to quiet her. But Eun-Ha’s eyesight is failing, and well-meaning adults suggest sending her to a facility—something Eun-Chul refuses to accept. Determined to show her a whale before she goes blind, he loads up their bicycle and sets off from Namwon toward Jangsaeng. Along the way, they meet Duk-Soo, and the siblings find in him the fatherly warmth they never had.
