Will and Grace find themselves captivated by the drama of a real-life soap opera playing out in the apartment below as they start eavesdropping through a new heating vent in their floor. While they indulge in the scandalous affairs of the couple downstairs, Jack feels sidelined and decides to take action. He teams up with Karen to create a theatrical production that aims to remind Will and Grace of their friendship, making sure they realize he deserves their attention too.
