The Doctor discovers that Styre has been conducting brutal experiments on the crew of the Galsec in preparation for a Sontaran takeover of Earth. Realizing that the only way to put a stop to Styre's sinister ambitions is to confront him directly, the Doctor boldly proposes a duel to settle their conflict.
