On the distant world of Zanak, at an unspecified point in time, the Doctor and Romana are on a quest to locate the planet Calufrax, where the second segment is hidden. Although they find themselves in the correct timeframe and vicinity, they discover that they’ve landed on the wrong planet altogether.
