The TARDIS touches down on the lush, jungle planet of Deva Loka, where a team from Earth is on a mission to research the Kinda, a seemingly primitive tribe. However, three members of the expedition have mysteriously disappeared. The Doctor and his companions are left to question whether the Kinda are truly as simple-minded as they appear.
