Meanwhile, we meet crew leader Dave Rugato, whose team is busy removing lead paint from the building’s exterior. Electrician Paul Kennedy shares some initial worries regarding the wiring in the newly created areas, and landscape architect Tom Wirth takes a stroll around the property with homeowner Joan Hagger.
