Papa Smurf takes the initiative to hold an election to select members for the Special Brigade tasked with protecting the village. The Smurfs who are elected are Dimwitty, Lazy, Scaredy, Clumsy, and Baby. When Gargamel launches an attack and manages to capture all the Smurfs except for these five, the unlikely group must learn to work together to rescue their friends.
