Clark gets a frantic call from Lana, only to hear a gunshot before the connection abruptly cuts off. Rushing to the Talon, he is astonished to find her safe and unharmed. It dawns on him that the call was a glimpse into the future, revealing that Adam is the one who poses a threat to Lana's life.
