Abigail, a socially awkward high school girl, undergoes plastic surgery performed by her mother, a surgeon, to enhance her popularity. Yet, her newfound beauty conceals a sinister secret: anyone she kisses experiences terrifying, life-threatening hallucinations. When Lana catches a glimpse of Abigail with one of her unfortunate victims, she unwittingly becomes the next target of Abigail's curse.
