When law enforcement arrives at a brawl, one of the suspects makes a break for it. Meanwhile, a methamphetamine user remains uncooperative with the officers. In another twist, a disgruntled husband finds himself in handcuffs for cannabis possession after his wife accidentally topples his beloved Harley motorcycle.
