On Dr. Harrod's return to work, he encounters several uncomfortable situations, while Wayne stumbles upon an item belonging to Mira that raises his worries. A young patient with a suspected head injury takes a turn for the worse when it’s revealed that he has been bitten by a snake on his foot. Meanwhile, the RFDS is called in to handle the transport of a prisoner.
