Andy takes extraordinary measures to accelerate the FDA's authorization of a medication that could benefit Robert’s wife, who suffers from multiple sclerosis. In addition, he steps in to assist a family facing allegations of putting their young daughter’s life at risk. At the same time, Lu finds her world turned upside down when a woman with advanced lung cancer asserts that she is Lu's half-sister.
