The ongoing gang rivalry escalates, threatening a small neighborhood grocery store and its proprietors. Belker, upset over Robin ending their relationship, lashes out at a nervous informant while undercover at a beauty salon. Meanwhile, Garibaldi makes compromises to support a young sex worker and assist his night school students. Furillo finds himself in a race against Daniels to prevent a significant gang confrontation from erupting.
