Title: Lease Escape Plot: Following a heated argument between the Ricardos and the Mertzes, Lucy and Ricky make the decision to relocate. To ensure they can terminate their lease, they intentionally become the worst tenants imaginable, much to the dismay of Fred and Ethel, who are determined to stay put.
