Sam discovers that his mother, Rose, is deep in debt to a dangerous mobster notorious for eliminating women who cross him. As he delves deeper, Sam learns that the officers of the 125 precinct are actually colluding with the mobster, turning a blind eye to his criminal actions in exchange for information on rival gangs.
