Margaret's special day takes an unexpected turn when she and Klinger find themselves stuck on a lonely stretch of road. Back at the hospital, Charles takes the opportunity to deliver a surprise lecture in honor of Margaret, while the surgical team gets involved in the unexpected task of helping a cow give birth.
