Charles and Hawkeye put forth the idea that people are quick to believe in anything, so they stir up a rumor that Marilyn Monroe is coming to the 4077th, sending everyone into a frenzy of excitement. At the same time, B.J. grapples with guilt after failing to save a wounded soldier and finds little joy in receiving a Bronze Star as recognition for his efforts.
