On the occasion of Potter’s anniversary, he takes a moment to pen a heartfelt letter to Mildred. Meanwhile, Frank and Hot Lips collaborate to create a unique wooden sculpture as a gift for him. In a surprising twist, Radar stumbles upon a horse and decides to gift it to Potter as a special surprise, adding an unexpected touch to the celebration.
