Seven years have passed since the events of The Hills. Kristin, now married to former NFL star Jay Cutler, has settled in Nashville with their three children. As she prepares to launch her jewelry store, the challenges of managing her business from home begin to strain her marriage. Tensions rise further when she decides to hire a new store manager, which creates friction with her social media director, who is less than pleased with the change.
