Jack and a heavily pregnant Avery enjoy a romantic retreat in Canada. As Avery goes into labor, the couple frantically tries to avoid delivering their baby in a foreign country. Meanwhile, Liz’s vacation with Carol is abruptly halted when their flight remains stuck on the tarmac. On another front, Tracy has achieved EGOT status, but the accolades bring a flood of overwhelming responsibilities.
