The authorities apprehend Floyd, but criminal psychologist Fitz struggles to gain any insights before Floyd has to be let go for insufficient evidence. Emboldened by his freedom, Floyd calls into Fitz’s radio program, provocatively inquiring about the best methods for a rapist to conceal his crimes.
