During their physical check-up with Dr. Cohn, Madeline notices that all her friends have shot up in height, while she remains the same. Distressed, she dreams of being stuck at Tom Thumb's size forever. However, her worries lessen when she learns that Georgette, the tallest among them, struggles with her own size insecurities.
