Following Blinky's persistent grievances about Mayor Pelican, he is invited to step in as Mayor himself. Eager to make a difference, Blinky comes up with several plans to enhance the town, but he quickly runs into obstacles. Each solution he proposes seems to create additional complications. Can Blinky find a way to resolve these issues? And will he choose to remain in the role of Mayor?
