Eternia goes into a state of emergency after Kobra Khan breaks free from the Royal Palace prison. The Masters head to the Mystic Mountains to update the enigmatic Zokak about the development. Meanwhile, Skeletor eagerly recruits Kobra Khan, unaware that the Snake Man has his own agenda—he plans to free his ancestors trapped within a concealed void in Snake Mountain.
