Arthur learns that Maggie has been hitching rides on a garbage truck and causing chaos at a nearby hospital. Concerned for her safety and the disturbance she's creating, Arthur insists that Maggie should stay indoors during the daytime. However, his warning falls on deaf ears, as Maggie continues her escapades.
