With Carl Williams behind bars, a competing crime lord seeks to destabilize his criminal empire. Meanwhile, a young attorney develops feelings for her client, a convicted murderer associated with the Carlton Crew. In a significant turn of events, the police make progress in uncovering the identity of the elusive hitman known only as "Benji."
