After the disbandment of Strikeforce Tuno, Gary comes up with a fresh approach to tackle the Falconer murder case. The police manage to locate and apprehend Anthony Perish, yet Rooster remains as slippery as ever. Meanwhile, Pam finds herself at her wit's end dealing with the pressures from Gary.
