Tom and Jerry face off against clever rats aboard a garbage barge. A stand-in feline stunt double takes Tom's place during an action sequence. The duo engages in a lively musical surfing competition at the Jersey Shore. When a Kabuki performer returns to Japan, he discovers that Tom and Jerry have stowed away in his luggage.
