This Halloween, Miley finds herself more spooked by her cousin Luann than any supernatural entity. Luann, who looks strikingly like Miley, has a mischievous agenda, and despite Miley's efforts, no one believes she’s a threat. As Luann schemes to reveal Miley's dual identity as Hannah, can Miley outsmart her crafty cousin before it's too late?
