On Halloween in O’ahu, the Five-0 team is on the hunt for a serial killer who has taken cues from Frankenstein. Meanwhile, Jerry reaches out to Five-0 when a gang armed to the teeth storms a blood bank. Additionally, Danny finds himself on a personal mission to locate Grace, who has deceived him and slipped out to attend a Halloween party.
