During a school field trip to a landfill, Mickey and Alba realize that a strange young boy has accidentally boarded their bus. As they attempt to reunite the lost child with his guardians, their efforts become increasingly complicated. Meanwhile, Chip and Sabrina exploit Colonel's veteran status for their own gain, but their plan soon backfires.
