Meanwhile, Manus and Carlos become targets of the Sovereigns' bureaucratic harassment after facing suspension from their jobs. In a frantic quest, Callie scours for her old cellphone, which contains a recording of Elkins coercing her into a compromising situation in exchange for ignoring her tax troubles.
