After crash landing in C-Block Tower, Bo-bobo and Don Patch embark on a vertical showdown against the neighborhood hair hunters. During their adventure, they pick up valuable lessons about dental care, poultry competitions, and the quirky necessity of having two video rental shops stacked one atop the other. Just when they think they have a handle on things, they encounter their next enigmatic foe, who sports a rather unique choice in headwear.
