In Watch Your Weight, the culinary challenge is to create a fried dish without tipping the scales too heavily. Following that, the contestants are tasked with crafting a skewered dish using the random ingredients found in the Clearance Carts. Finally, the two remaining chefs take a spin on the Food Wheel to set their budget for a sophisticated dinner.
