In an epic showdown, five culinary experts specializing in beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables face off for protein dominance. Guy Fieri kicks things off by challenging them to create a delicious dish between buns in just 20 minutes. Afterward, they receive a curated list of ingredients to craft a regional favorite. As the competition narrows down, the final chefs have only eight ingredients at their disposal to whip up their dinner creations. Ultimately, one protein master will emerge victorious and take home a prize of $20,000.
