After a Navy Lieutenant suffers from radiation poisoning, the NCIS team springs into action to uncover the culprit responsible. The Lieutenant, employed by the International Atomic Energy Agency, insists that only two of his coworkers were aware of his mission. It's clear that one of them aimed to sabotage his upcoming investigation.
