Matt tracks down the elusive murderer Charlie Hacker in Mexico, but to return him to the U.S., he must negotiate with the corrupt local authorities. Complicating matters, a group of vengeful Mexican bandits is hot on their trail, seeking retribution. As tensions rise, Matt must navigate this dangerous landscape to bring Hacker back across the border.
