Mike Bloom, the President and COO of Family Dollar Stores, one of the nation's biggest discount retailers, confronts his fear of heights as he learns to maneuver a forklift that elevates him 35 feet off the ground. Meanwhile, he comes close to revealing his rock 'n' roll alter ego when an employee invites him to join a jam session.
