Michael is overjoyed when Toby takes a leave of absence, allowing corporate to send Holly Flax as his temporary replacement. This prompts Pam to organize a second Christmas party, as Michael insists on celebrating on the day Holly arrives back in Scranton. Meanwhile, Jim starts to regret his decision to engage in a snowball fight with Dwight, realizing it may not be as fun as he anticipated.
