In response to Robert California's challenge for the Dunder Mifflin team to double their sales, Andy decides to take initiative by launching an incentive program. To motivate his coworkers, he makes a bold promise to get a tattoo if they meet their goal. Meanwhile, Pam forms an unexpected bond with Angela as both navigate the challenges of pregnancy together.
