After a young man is viciously killed in his house, the prime suspect with a possible motive turns out to be his former girlfriend. She insists that she hasn't been in contact with him for months. However, as detectives dig deeper, they discover evidence and phone messages that suggest otherwise, revealing a more complicated relationship than she leads on.
